PURCHASING ON LINE
We have a safe and easy buying process; Just browse through our web pages until you find a product you wish to buy. Click on the 'Add to Basket' button where you will be asked to confirm if you wish to keep your selection. Once confirmed, you will be automatically taken back to the last item you viewed; If you wish to look at other pages, select the 'home' button on the right hand side of the screen; If you wish to finish and to pay for your goods, select the 'Checkout' button, also on the right hand side of the screen.
You will be asked for shipping details, name and address and acceptance of our terms & conditions which are displayed on the same page; Please take a few seconds to browse through the information. If you accept, then tick the acceptance box and go to the next page which will ask a couple of optional questions. Click 'Next' to go to the next page.
Click on the relevant card logo you wish to use; You you may then see a 'pop up' box asking you to verify your card for 'on-line' use. This is a safe and secure way of fighting fraud and prevents unauthorised use of your card. Please complete the authentication box. IT IS A GUARANTEE THAT THE CARD COMPANY WILL PAY FOR ANY UNAUTHORISED USE OF YOUR CARD - THEY BECOME RESPONSIBLE ONCE THE AUTHENTICATION DETAILS HAVE BEEN ENTERED. Some common problems when making an order;
MULTIPLE PURCHASES you only want one item but get three; Click the 'View Cart' button on the right hand side of the screen. This will enable you to remove unwanted items from the shopping basket and will allow you to retain a single item. Click the 'Checkout' button to complete.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE WRONG, can be caused by using a scroll mouse, where the last mouse movement on the page, has retained a highlighted field which changes the date / security number as you try to exit that page. The easy solution once you have completed your details, is to click the mouse button on a plain, unrelated part of the page before you exit.
If you get stuck, a 'refresh' can often clear a persistant problem. By pressing Ctrl + Shift + Refresh button on your browser simultaneously. Please feel free to call if you can't clear and we will help.
We accept most major credit cards; We also accept Paypal, so please make contact if you wish to use the latter. We will also take your credit card details over the phone, by fax, by post or over the Internet.Please do not send cheques.
We accept your order as part of the purchasing process, but you do not enter into a contract to buy until we debit your card and dispatch your goods. If the product is out of stock or no longer available we will send you an e-mail or call you, to advise of an alternative, or to ask if you wish to accept a delay while we obtain new stock.
Any special delivery instructions should be entered in the appropriate box when placing your order; It is also a good idea to send us an e-mail advising of these instructions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Insured and guaranteed UK postage is included in the price of all watches on this site; No extras to pay. We have contracts with Royal Mail and various courier companies who constantly provide us with a reliable service; However, in the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods or if there is a failed delivery, you should contact us in the first instance to allow us to investigate and follow up any claim; Where stated 'Next Day Delivery Included' your order will normally reach you within 24 hours or the next working day;The parcel tracking number is available on request. Other products listed under FREE DELIVERY headings are sent by First Class recorded delivery; 'Next morning delivery', is based on standard working days.
BRITISH FORCES SERVING OVERSEAS.
We will gladly accept your order to a BFPO address, if you complete the card authentication window as you go through the final payment stage. We do not issue VAT free sales to BFPO addresses, but we will issue you with a valid VAT reference number on our invoce;
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
To get additional protection against fraud, please use the credit card authentication facilities provided as you go through the final payment stages; You can enter your details in the 'pop up' window, or if selected, on the form provided in a static window. IT IS A GUARANTEE THAT THE CARD COMPANY WILL PAY FOR ANY UNAUTHORISED USE OF YOUR CARD - THEY BECOME RESPONSIBLE ONCE THE AUTHENTICATION DETAILS HAVE BEEN ENTERED..
Tiktox reserve the right to decline any credit or debit card order if appropriate to do so.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, or any of the products we have supplied, please contact us in the first instance to allow us to address any problems you may have.
We ask that you inspect your goods on receipt and contact us within 48 hours if they are not the goods you ordered or if there is any visible damage to the product, or if you are short of any part of your order; This request does not affect your statutory rights.
We will arrange for an immediate refund or replacement. All watches sold on this site are genuine branded products and carry full manufacturers warranty.
Cooling off period
You have the right in law, to change your mind about your purchase and to cancel within seven days from receipt of the goods. Providing we receive notification from you during this period and providing we receive the goods within fourteen days from the day you received them, then we will make a full refund. This will be made up of the cost of the item purchased, along with the basic rate of postage that was included in the price; We will send you confirmation of the refund and will ensure the payment reversal is completed as soon as possible, or in any case, within three weeks of receiving the returned item from you. Payment will be in the form of the original payment method.
Reasonably, we expect the goods to be returned to us in new condition and in the original manuafacturers packaging. This includes any promotional or ' free with' goods, sent in conjunction with the sale; Should you decide to keep any of these items after returning your watch purchase, we reserve the right to make a nominal charge in line with the manuafacturers RRP. In the case of our own FREE bracelet adjustment tool we offer this as a genuine offer for you to use on the watch supplied. We ask you to be sure that you wish to keep your watch before unsealing the packing of the adjuster tool, as we will make a service charge for returned adjusters that have been opened and used for other purposes; Postage will also be forfeited. A minimum charge of five pounds will be levied for such use. The cost of returning goods to us under the 'cooling off' period, is not refundable, but we strongly recommend that you use a minimum of Royal Mail's 'Recorded' delivery service, to give you insurance cover up to £30.00 against loss; Royal Mail recommend their 'Special Delivery' service for insurance cover above this amount, but if you are unsure, check at any Post Office or at www.royalmail.com
RETURNING MODIFIED GOODS
We ask that you make sure the watch or watch bracelet/strap is to your liking before you carry out any final modifications/adjustments; We cannot accept watches or watch bands as returned items (under the seven day cooling off period), if they have been modified to your personal requirements; It would be fair for us to assume that you have accepted the goods, if you decide to go ahead with such modifications.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not affect the manuafacturers warranty.
RETURNING FAULTY GOODS
Obviously, all watches should reach you in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or not as described please contact us as soon as possible; A replacement will be sent or we will make a full refund on safe receipt of the original item. We reserve the right to have any item tested by the manufacturer before completing the refund process. Refunded postage costs will be at the flat postal rate; Costs incurred for upgraded 'next day' or 'expressed' postal or courier services, will not be refunded.
DEFINITIONS
All terms and conditions on this site are to be accepted as being governed by UK Law.
In the case of watches, the term 'Titanium' will normally mean that the bracelet part of the watch is made from Titanium and that the watch body is either part Titanium, or has been manufactured with colour-coded material to match the bracelet finish. If you are unsure and want further clarification of the material components, we will be able to provide you with the contact details of the manufacturer.
In the case of the term 'Price Match' or 'Beat Any Advertised UK Price' It is our belief, that we will usually be able to beat any Casio prices offered by other retailers. We will make every attempt to do this, but it does not guarantee that we will be able to give you a better price in all cases. The cheaper price should have been advertised by a UK retailer for at least 5 days and must be on a 'like for like' product basis. E Bay or other auction deals will not count in any case.
In the case of the term 'FREE'. This will mean in all cases, that the free item is given free as long as it forms part of your original purchase; The free item and watch are inseperable for the lifetime of the sale contract and therefore, in the case of returns, will either be returned with the purchased good, or if retained, then charged for at the market value at the time of the transaction.
